The Joy Series grew out of a desire to be expansive and open to possibility. This sculptural vessel is made of stoneware with a satin blue glaze with purplish dots and “wings”; the glaze on a few of the “wings” has dripped like icing into the dots below. It measures 4” H x 4.5” W and is fully watertight to hold flowers or plants, or can stand alone as a piece of art.
